The Swicegood Group, Inc was selected to represent the Claunette Gregory Estate of Advance, NC and to auction both personal & real estate assets. The estate was comprised of a 15 acre farm, agricultural equipment, fire arms, household items, vehicles, motorcoach, camper and various other personal assets. The real estate was a prized 15 + acre farm with various outbuildings and house located on Yadkin Valley Road. Swicegood provided a soil scientist report outlining the quality of the soil and perk suitability. Both auctions were online only. The personal property auction had over 300 registered bidders and the real estate auction had over 21. Swicegood said “prices on the personal assets were strong. We had registered bidders from 3 states. The real estate exceeded our expectations and brought a strong market value. All in all, it was a great auction!”
