Rural Hall Auction

The Swicegood Group, Inc was selected to represent the William E. Lowe Estate (deceased) of Rural Hall, NC. to auction both personal & real estate assets. The estate was unique in that it was comprised of a vast collection Native American and western articles such as turquoise silver jewelry, hand carved wood flutes, leather clothing, art, sculpture, cowboy hats and boots just to name a few. There were over 1000 lots in the beautiful catalog our team created. The real estate was a one level home with many mechanical updates, two outbuildings, a fenced yard and desirable location. Both auctions were online only. The personal property auction hadover 240 registered bidders and the real estate auction had 22 registered bidders.  Swicegood said, “Prices on the personal assets were strong. We had registered bidders from 20 different states.” Both auctions exceeded ourexpectations. Our seller was well pleased with our strategic marketing and auction expertise.
